About Sarah
II am a hard-working, positive, empathetic and resilient graduate (2.1 Hons) in psychology (recognised by the British Psychological Society &Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership), BPS accreditatoon as a level 1 CBT practitioner, providing some low intensity interventions in practice. Currently I’m working as an assistant psychologist in the intensive support team for the whole of Berkshire. Prior to this i completed year 1 of a masters in mh learning. My skills and expertise focus around cbt, including CBT formulations (5 factor, ABC), Identifying key cognitions, Thought Record, Responsibility Pie Charts, Relapse Prevention Strategies.
