About Shaina
Hello! I'm a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology graduate and a former university volleyball student-athlete with a passion for teaching and mentoring. I offer lessons in Developmental Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Basic Psychological Research, and Basic Sports Mindset for students and aspiring athletes.
My teaching style is patient, supportive, and interactive. I simplify complex concepts using clear explanations and real-life examples to help students understand and apply what they learn. I tailor each lesson to the student's goals, learning pace, and level of understanding.

I'm a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology graduate and a former university volleyball student-athlete who is passionate about helping students understand psychology and develop a strong, positive mindset.
