About Minnu
I am a trained graduate teacher with M.A, B.Ed in English. I am a licensed certified English teacher. As a teacher, I know the various students' needs and necessities according to their age. My past five years of teaching experience gave chances to get to know each individual learner personally. In this pandemic time period, I know the students need support to meet their academic needs. As I am equipped with technical knowledge and online teaching experience, I am confident that I can give better support for the learners' academic needs. I know how to conduct an online class effectively by providing personalized attention to each learner.

I would like to follow an inductive teaching method. I believe that students have inborn skills and talents to study. So the teachers' main duty is to enlighten their skills to speed up the learning process. I approach the topic by giving task based activities to students. The students need some reasons to do everything. This inquisitive nature is my target point. I can be a good facilitator, mentor, guide and listener. I think I can manage the students from primary to high school efficiently.
