I trained in Cathal Brutha Street College of Culinary Arts under some of the finest chefs/tutors in the country. I worked my way through the ranks as commis chef to chef de partie to Sous chef to Head chef to running my own business and coordinating a QQI Hospitality course for 7 years

Hospitality is a difficult business but extremely rewarding if you have the taste and belief in yourself. Passion and honesty is very important as is discipline and compassion. Listening and understanding individualism is key to training anybody. I believe everyone has a path and all they need is guidance whether that suits one individual or another. DREAM you will get to where you want to be eventually
