About Limpho
I am a qualified physiotherapist. I use massage therapy as one of my treatment techniques, I have studied different types of relaxation techniques for stress and anxiety (this includes the role and importance of massage). I have both with a Biokineticist and a massage therapist.
I have helped multiple clients reach their fitness and health goals.

I include education in my sessions, so that you understand the importance of movement for your body. My methods are different, you, as the client, set your goal/s and we discuss ways to reach those goals. We set deadlines and I keep you motivated. We also discuss what threatens these goals (work? time constraints? trauma?) and find ways to turn those into opportunities.
