I am a passionate primary educator, whose inquiry-based teaching practice provides opportunities for learners to feel empowered to explore, question and construct meaning for themselves, while fostering a love of life-long learning. My strong communication and interpersonal skills place wellbeing at the core of my classroom and cultivate positive working relationships with the entire school community. I currently teach Year 2 students in a Victorian Primary School. I strongly believe that everyone has the potential to succeed given the time and support. I love teaching and supporting students to develop their self-confidence and believe every student has the potential to grow and succeed. My lessons aim to be engaging and relevant for students, allowing them to grow their understanding and make links between their learning. While I currently teach a lower primary class, as a trained journalist I thrive with learners of all ages!
