About S
I became a teacher because I have always been someone who helped others, I started cooking when I was 8yrs old while I was a young carer for my disabled mum, I have family who have special needs including one who couldn't attend mainstream school. I believe everyone is entitled to the same learning now matter the age or background, whether its arare lesson or a weekly lesson I will support you all in as many ways as possible

I can cover anything you want.
From any practicals- basic quick easy recipes that don't require skill to presenting food to a 5 star restaurant quality
To theory lessons - covering basic nutrition, vitamins, minerals etc all the way to dietary requirements both ages, choice, religion etc
I have a background of 6 years teaching in staffordshire and Warwickshire secondary schools. I have taught ages 11 + including a level 1/2 hostility and Catering course
My lessons are usually between 1hr and 2hrs depending on the topic
I prefer kinesthetic learning and practical based so it's not all making notes I use practicals to help embed the knowledge I provide
