About Raj
Hello, Im Raj Patil and i was born and bought up in Bangalore, India.I was introduced to yoga very young in the school where I studied.
I never really got the chance to have consistent practice while growing up.But I attended lots of local classes in the gym, yoga school, community classes etc to stay in touch with yoga. My consistent practice only grew up after i had my kids in 2012. I continued my practice for about 10 years and then decided to train as an yoga teacher in 2019.
Over time my practice has evolved and strengthened. I teach Power, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga as well as courses for beginners and managing stress and anxiety
