About Dario

In the fall I will begin my Masters in Atmospheric Science at UC Davis. Prior to that, I completed B.S. in Physics and a minor in Mathematics at the University of Richmond. In addition, I have conducted and presented original research on the large-scale structure of the universe. Since graduating I have used my free time to continue exploring both physics and mathematics with the goal of continually broadening my perspective.

About the lesson

The goal of my teaching is to take a hands-on approach aimed at developing a strong foundation in physics and mathematics. I will accomplish this goal by highlighting the relationship between the two subjects and applying real-world examples where applicable. For students in lower-level courses, my teaching focuses on steadily mastering basic equations and concepts so the student feels confident in their ability. At higher levels, I aim to instill an understanding of where these equations come from and why.
