About Sarah
Hi! I'm Sarah, a recent graduate of UNCW with my degree in Physics. I have been tutoring math and physics for almost five years now and I love teaching. I am currently working on getting my teaching certification so that I can teach high school physics! I have two cats, Tova and Franz, and I love to read and hike. I look forward to meeting with you!

A typical tutoring session with me usually includes one "intake" session and then our normal sessions. At intake, I'll gauge your initial understanding of the topic and discuss your goals around tutoring. From there, our sessions will include going over previous tests or homework, practicing weak topics, and then finishing with a preview of what they'll be learning next.
The more practice, the better, so I always encourage doing the homework I provide. I can provide additional homework if desired as well!
I tutor middle school to college math and physics. I teach up to Calculus 2 and college level Modern Physics. If requested, I can teach higher level courses. I also do group tutoring!
