About Siphesihle
I am Siphesihle, a young talented woman, I'm 26 , a healthy lifestyle coach.
I grew up skinny, and I'd get teased about my body and somehow I lost self confidence.
When I was in High school, I then decided I wanna own up and stand for my self , I want to take back what's mine and my confidence back.
That's when I started working out, I then had body goals that I'd set for myself and I'd smash them..
Then started eating clean and my body just transformed to something else.
I never stopped working out because I felt alive whenever I'm at the gym.
So it's been years doing this, and I love and enjoy training people and transforming their bodies to what they desire..
