About Miriam
I love to cook and I have 20+ years of experience with it. My specialty are Italian and vegetarian delicacies, but most of all I love creating with what the seasons offer. And I love to get delicious things without the pressure of perfection.
I can also teach you how to best organize yourself so that you don't have to cook more than a few times a week and you can indulge yourself all week! I love that!

I would love to decide together what we cook, depending on the season and your preferences. If there is a group, we can take a poll to help us decide.
If we all have the same ingredients at home (I'll let you know beforehand) we can also cook online quite easily: I'll let you see and give directions. It may be strange, but we'll get used to it soon.
I would be happy if you cook according to instructions, but still bring your ideas and creativity within my "experienced framework".
