I believe learning works best when students feel comfortable, supported, and confident, so I create a judgment-free space where asking questions is encouraged. Whether it’s reading comprehension, essay writing, brainstorming ideas, or editing work, I help students break tasks into manageable steps so they feel less overwhelmed. Each session starts by reviewing what the student wants to focus on, followed by interactive practice and discussion. My goal is not only to improve academic performance but also to build confidence and critical thinking skills students can implement into their lives. My background in social work helps me understand the emotional side of learning, like test anxiety, frustration, or low confidence. I work well with students who need extra patience and encouragement, and I believe relationship-building is key to academic success. Whether a student is struggling with class assignments, preparing for exams, or just wants to improve overall skills, I’m here to help them succeed while making learning a positive experience.
