About Steff
I am predominantly a 400m hurdler that has competed at junior level both nationally and internationally and I love incorporating different styles of training into my programs. I am currently in my second year of undertaking a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Bath, basing my programs on the science means they are extremely effective and I am able to provide rationale behind each exercise / training style (if the client is interested in this!). I also have a keen interest in the strength and conditioning aspect of sports performance, working as assistant s&c coach to the university BUCS teams across a variety of sports. I love applying the knowledge gained throughout my degree to target individuals weaknesses and ensure they become the best athlete they can be!

Predominantly sessions will be provided online, with programs specifically targeted to your individual goals! Video call support for exercise explanations, discussions around progressing or altering the program and general lifestyle advice is also available.
