About Nani

Passionate about sport from a young age, vice-champion of France in roller inline hockey, 11th in France in badminton, I had a military training and self-defense concept, and completed my training with the concept of street workout (human flag , forehead lift, mussel up, plank) and concepts of gymnastics and tricking, external sport, mixing gymnastics and martial arts. Sport that I practice 2 hours a day 5 days a week. I also have advanced notions of streching

About the lesson

Former French champion with a military coaching training, passionate about tricking, extreme sports and under director of a starred restaurant, I attach importance to rigor and am in the performance and functionality of the body. I like to question myself, progress and evolve constantly. I want to communicate my energy and be able to share it as best I can so that the student's progress and goals are achieved quickly. What a pleasure, when I train with a friend who didn't want to do pull-ups because he couldn't do one. After a session, he managed his first pull, what satisfaction. What a joy when "a friend" calls me to thank me for having succeeded in her first push-ups, but not on my knees ... I have a good quality work methodology and know how to adapt to each different person, according to their needs and wants.
