About Juna
I have 10 years of experience teaching ESL to high school and college students and have successfully taught 150–200 learners. My teaching philosophy focuses on making lessons clear, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs.
I emphasise reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through interactive activities, discussions, and real-life examples. I encourage students to express themselves confidently and practise regularly.
Many of my students have improved their academic performance, fluency, and self-confidence. I am dedicated to creating a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel motivated to learn and achieve their full potential.

My ESL teaching methodology is built on creativity, mentorship, and accountability. I believe learning English should be practical, engaging, and enjoyable. I use activities like storytelling, role-plays, and discussions to help students think critically and communicate naturally.
I act as a mentor, offering guidance, feedback, and encouragement to help students build confidence and overcome challenges. Accountability is a key part of my approach, so students track progress and take responsibility for their learning.
Critical thinking is central to my lessons. I encourage students to analyse texts, form opinions, and express ideas clearly, strengthening both language proficiency and reasoning skills.
Besides ESL, I also teach related subjects, including grammar, vocabulary, writing, and reading comprehension. Lessons are flexible, personalised, and tailored to each student’s needs and goals.
I aim to create a supportive, interactive, and motivating environment, where students feel confident, enjoy learning, and grow as independent English speakers.
