He teaches every student by matching their level of understanding, basically he clearly understands in what way a particular child will understand the concept and implements that in teaching them. He makes sure the child has learnt and understood a particular topic on tips, and does not move ahead before that. A teacher's aim shouldn't just be completing the portion but to make sure that it is completed in the students' brain as well. Pratyush clearly portrays this quality.
