About Ghaniya
My name is Ghaniya Usmani and I am a final year Computer Science student. I have always had a passion for education and believe that every student has the potential to excel with the right guidance and support.
I began tutoring over two years ago because I wanted to make a real difference in students' academic journeys. Having gone through O Level and HSC myself, I understand the pressure and challenges students face, and I use that experience to teach in a way that is relatable, clear, and encouraging.
I specialize in Mathematics and Computer Science and take pride in making these subjects approachable and enjoyable for my students. My lessons are well-structured, personalized to each student's needs, and delivered with patience and dedication. I never rush through a topic my goal is to ensure every student walks away from each session feeling more confident and capable than before.
With a strong academic background, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning certification, and hands-on programming experience in Python, C, and C++, I bring both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to my teaching. I am fluent in English and Urdu, which allows me to explain concepts clearly and comfortably to
every student.

My tutoring approach is student-centered and concept-driven. Rather than focusing on memorization, I help students truly understand the subject by breaking down complex topics into simple, easy-to-follow steps. I begin each session by identifying the student's weak areas and then tailor the lesson accordingly, ensuring no student is left behind.
My typical lesson lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour, structured into three parts, a brief review of the previous session, delivery of the new topic with examples, and a short practice exercise or quiz to reinforce learning. I use visual aids, interactive presentations, and real-life examples to make concepts engaging and memorable.
I am currently a third-year Computer Science student at Iqra University, Karachi, with over two years of hands-on tutoring experience. I have taught Mathematics and Computer Science to O Level and HSC students, helping them build both confidence and academic performance.
My sessions are ideal for students between the ages of 13 to 18, particularly those preparing for O Level, Matric, or HSC examinations who want to strengthen their understanding, improve grades, or catch up on missed topics. Classes are conducted fully online, making them convenient and accessible for students across Karachi and beyond.
