About Matteo

I am a first year student at the Sorbonne Paris IV in Modern Literature. I was born in Geneva and I have been in Paris since the beginning of this year after studying literature at the Calvin College in Geneva, a high school recognized for its excellence in the field of literature, philosophy, modern languages and languages.

About the lesson

Above all, I try not to impose a hierarchical relationship with my students, myself being a student and often confronted with teachers who are too demanding and not very compassionate. My interest in this job is to share my passion and my enthusiasm for literature and the French language as well as for dead languages (Greek and Latin) and modern languages (English and Italian) for students who do not find it. interest and who have difficulties with them. I give classes only to students from primary to high school, in groups and private, in the following subjects: -French: Spelling, Grammar, Text comprehension, Methodology of the dissertation and the composed commentary; -Latin: Culture, Grammar, Version, Theme, Vocabulary; -Grec old: Culture, Grammar, Version, Theme, Vocabulary, Learning the alphabet; -Italian: Listening, Grammar, Conjugation, Vocabulary, Writing and Oral Expression; -English: Listening, Grammar, Conjugation, Vocabulary, Writing and Oral Expression; In addition to the subjects themselves, I am interested in the enrichment of my students on the human level. Being able to follow a young student from one point to another and make him grow and mature is always my number one goal before starting a course. I believe that before starting university, students must be able to enjoy the freedom to learn everything and to be interested in everything in order to develop as a human being and to be a young adult. I sincerely hope then to bring mine in this process. I work on a case by case basis, I try to use always different methods that apply as needed. I regularly prepare exercises in advance and I propose methods of learning that have been useful during my schooling. In addition, if my student has doubts and questions about his future, I will be able to help and advise him as best I can.
