About YASHWANTH
I'm a Mechanical Engineering student with a genuine, hands-on relationship with physics — not just from textbooks, but from building real projects. I designed and built a Microbial Fuel Cell that placed 2nd in competition, and I've mentored younger students who went on to win at district and national-level science fairs. That experience taught me something important: the students who struggle most usually aren't lacking intelligence — they're missing one small conceptual link that no one ever stopped to explain properly.
I take that seriously. Before I ever taught anyone else, I went through my own board exam scripts and traced my own lost marks back to specific, fixable habits — a misread constant here, a unit conversion slip there. That habit of diagnosing why a mistake happens, not just marking it wrong, is what I bring into every session.
My classes are practical and visual by design — I use live interactive simulations (PhET, from the University of Colorado Boulder) so students can see physics happening, not just read about it. I want every student to leave a session understanding why something works, confident enough to explain it back in their own words.
I'm reliable, patient, and treat every student's question — even ones that seem "silly" — as worth answering properly. Parents can expect clear communication, consistent scheduling, and steady, visible progress session over session.

My Teaching Approach
I believe physics stops being intimidating the moment you understand why something happens, not just what the formula says. Too many students memorize equations without ever connecting them to something they can picture or feel — and that's exactly where marks get lost later, even in board exams. So my teaching always starts with intuition and everyday examples before I introduce any formula.
Teaching Techniques & Methods
I use live interactive simulations (PhET, University of Colorado Boulder) to let students see and manipulate physics concepts directly — projectile motion, forces, energy — rather than just reading about them.
I use real-world analogies first before introducing technical terms.
I actively check whether a concept has truly landed by asking a slightly different version of the same question.
I focus on the root cause of a mistake (unit conversion slip, sign error, misremembered constant) so we fix the habit, not just the one question.
Usual Class Structure
Quick check-in on what's confusing right now or what came up in school that week
Concept explanation using analogies and a live simulation demo
Guided practice — solving 1-2 problems together, referring back to the simulation where useful
A short doubt-clearing round, with follow-up support available over WhatsApp between sessions
What Makes Me Different
I recently went through my own board exam scripts and traced my losses back to small, specific habits — not lack of understanding. That diagnostic mindset is what I bring to every student's mistakes. Combined with hands-on simulations, students don't just hear physics — they see it happen in real time.
Who These Classes Are For
School students in Grades 7–9 studying Physics, looking to build strong fundamentals through practical, visual learning rather than last-minute exam cramming.
