I am from India and here to teach you different types of traditional meditation techniques which will realize you the power of meditation and takes you to the extraordinary experience. also I use different skills during the class which is given below..
1. Demonstrate postures to students and supported them in finding their right poses.
2. Helped students develop their body and mind awareness, as well as physical strength.
3. Mentored beginner trainees on their yoga path.
4. Ensured safety and students comfort during the classes.
