About Samuel A

I am a historian, university tutor, and researcher with over a decade of experience in higher education and international academic environments. My teaching experience includes serving as a Tutor at the University of St Andrews, where I led tutorial sections for undergraduate students, held weekly office hours, and assessed essays and book reviews. I have also taught English in Turkey, providing individualized instruction in reading, writing, speaking, and critical communication skills.

I hold a B.A. (Hons.) in History from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.A. (Hons.) in Comparative History from Central European University. In addition, I served as a Research Fellow with the University of St Andrews and the University of Bonn, contributing to international scholarship through publications, conference presentations, and collaborative research projects.

My academic work has been recognized through numerous scholarships, grants, and honors, including a fully funded Master's Scholarship at Central European University, the Global PhD Scholarship in History at the University of St Andrews, and induction into several honor societies.
