About Tanisha
Quit my job with one of the leading media companies to pursue Yoga, I have completed my 200 Hours YTT from Mysore. I m also studying Health Development and Nutrition from YMCA, Delhi. Proficient in teaching offline and online, have trained my clients for weight loss, flexibility, strength and mobility, Meditation Techniques, Pranayama/Breathing Techniques. I believe that if done correctly and consistently, yoga has the power to not just shape the body, but shape lives!

A reinvigorating session, designed for everyone, no matter what your fitness level is. Our goal will be to
*improve flexibility
*reduce stiffness
*release tension in the muscles
*aid weight loss.
Class Structure: centering, warm up, yoga asanas, cool down/breathing techniques
All this will be done with special attention towards breath as we flow into poses.
I assure you will leave the session feeling re-energized and relaxed at the same time!
