About Valentin
I am 25 years old and I have been a PE teacher for 3 years. I love sport in general and I like to ask myself questions about my practice and that of others.
My knowledge in terms of sports training comes from my STAPS training, my Master MEEF Teaching, and my certification as a PE teacher.
My experience is more focused on team sports but I 'have a strong attraction for healthy sport and the particular goal of feeling better about your body, whether it is during sports or in our daily activities. My personal practice consists of Basketball, Tennis, Yoga, Bodybuilding, and Running.

My name is Valentin, I have been a PE teacher for 3 years and I offer you personalized training, follow-up and advice in order to achieve your sporting and health goals. WHATEVER YOUR AGE OR YOUR PHYSICAL CONDITION !!
I am addressing myself in particular to people who, whatever their sporting profile, want to feel better physically and mentally on a daily basis.
You are looking for: to get back in shape after a long break, to lose weight, to gain muscle mass, to find a solution for muscle or joint pain, to have regular physical activity without taking your head , to gain in flexibility / coordination / balance?
We will find the shape adapted to your needs, and I will offer you personalized and fun sessions, with or without equipment (elastic bands, weights, jump rope ...), outdoors or at home, in the surroundings of Nice .
