About Cigdem
I have a passion for teaching to reach a calm state of mind, and to achieve healthy and fit bodies for my clients! We are all unique and special and we need to treat ourselves in every aspect of life with that point of view. I came from my own challenges and injuries and adopted a different view of exercise combining all my training and practice through my journey. I am definitely not a mainstream gym, studio, or exercise instructor. My goal is to bring my experience of teaching, love of clients, and aspirations to progress on fitness level to each class and client.

I teach private ,semi private ,group exercise classes . I like to combine yoga and pilates exercises with body weight training . I believe every client needs to have a different program according to their needs and preference ,likes and dislikes .Every class is a opportunity to get fitter and healthier .
