About Martin
After graduating college, I immediately received a job as a country singer/keyboardist aboard Carnival Cruise Lines. After returning, I got a job as a guest teacher at the Benbrook Music Academy. Currently, I am receiving consistent gigs with the band I am a part of. The goal of voice lessons should be for the teacher to understand and cater their lessons to the vocabulary and learning style of the student. I look forward to growing with you!

As a trained actor, my training as a vocalist was merged with voice and speech work from the acting world. The combination of these two disciplines is what has made me successful in the industry so far. I structure my lessons around getting to know your true voice, then applying that voice to your material.
After playing piano for now over a decade, I try to teach piano from the ground up. Starting with theory, building to the application of that theory, one can quickly conquer the basics of the instrument and add impressive ornamentation as they get more comfortable with the instrument!
