I have a Master's in Theological Studies with a Minor in Church History. I have a Bachelor's in History with a minor in Humanities. I have done extensive independent research on religions, religious history, and philosophy. I take a Socratic approach which helps the student come to their own answers and conclusions. I like to think and look "outside the box" to gain a more thorough understanding of the concepts and ideas.
I was a homeschool mom for over 11 years as well as taught in a home-school co-op where I taught a variety of ages and grade levels. I also have trained and mentored people in volunteer positions and have learned a variety of teaching methods and learning styles.
