About Luke
About me, I am Luke, 20 years old and super passionate about life. However when life wasn't going so bright and well about 4 years ago, I was torn apart. Thinking to myself what could be causing all of this internal hassle, I began to meticulously look into my life and what could be causing these internal issues. Everything seemed right... until it hit me my diet was lacking and I wasn't giving my body the right fuel it truly needed to thrive. After 4 long years I finally feel like myself again and I am thriving.
This is what my courses will be about. All the lessons I have learnt along the way, the ups and the downs all the tips and tricks I have collected. I want to share all of this with you and help you thrive.

About my lessons. We will cover healthy eating for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will go over healthy recipes, tips and some of my favorite recommendations for products.
I will also be going over what additives to avoid when shopping for groceries, what to look out for and how to become more aware of how food affects us.
In short these lessons will be an accumulation of all my self study, learning and guidance over the last 5 years accumulated into some masterclasses.
