About Jade

I am a graduate of Western University currently living in New York City! I love to read, write, and watch movies/theater. My background is mainly in theater, I got my BFA in Acting. I gained so much knowledge about storytelling, literature, story structure, and performance as well as confidence in writing my own material during my time in college. I would love to support you in your reading and writing journey as well!

About the lesson

I want to work with you and support you how YOU need. Our first session, I want to hear about why you are coming to tutoring and what your specific needs and goals are. From there, we will create a lesson plan together! I love to work with different types of text and writing styles as well as reading different types of literature. I think it is best to continue to check in with what is working and what is not working as we go along.
