About Ayesha

Hi! I’m a medical student with a real love for teaching and helping students feel more confident in their learning. I know that school can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when a subject starts moving too fast or doesn’t click right away, and that’s exactly why I enjoy tutoring. I love being able to break things down, explain them in a simpler way, and help students realize they’re more capable than they think.

About the lesson

I’d describe my tutoring style as patient, supportive, and very personalised. I know that not every student learns in the same way, so I always try to adjust my approach depending on the student’s age, confidence level, and what works for them. I want my lessons to feel like a safe space where students can ask questions freely and build confidence without feeling judged.

When I teach, I like to break things down into simple steps and explain concepts in a way that feels clear and manageable. I usually start by seeing what the student already understands, then we work through anything they’re finding difficult together. I like using examples, practice questions, and repetition to help things really stick. I also try to keep lessons interactive and relaxed, because I find students learn best when they feel comfortable.

My lessons are usually around 60 minutes long, but I’m happy to be flexible depending on the student and what they need. Some students do best with shorter sessions, while others may want more time for revision or homework help.

I’m currently a medical student, so I have a strong academic background and a lot of experience studying and explaining complex topics in a clear way. I’ve also helped students with their learning in a one on one setting and I really enjoy making tricky topics feel less overwhelming.

My lessons are mainly for primary school, lower secondary, and high school students. I’m especially happy to help students who need a bit of extra support, want to improve their confidence, or just want someone patient to guide them through topics step by step.

I genuinely love teaching and helping students feel more capable in subjects they may have been struggling with. For me, tutoring is not just about grades, but also about helping students feel more confident in themselves.
