About Thokchom
"I am a professional MMA fighter and combat sports coach with years of experience in professional competition. I have dedicated my life to martial arts, and I am currently based in Bangkok, Thailand, training at some of the world's best gyms to further sharpen my techniques. My background includes professional fighting, coaching, and a deep understanding of combat conditioning. I am proficient in English, Hindi, and Manipuri, allowing me to communicate effectively with a wide range of students. I don't just teach fitness; I teach the real-world skills and mindset required to be a combat athlete."

"In my classes, I teach the real techniques used by professional fighters. We will focus on technical striking, including proper footwork, power generation, and defensive head movement. Whether we are working on Muay Thai, Boxing, or MMA-specific drills, my goal is to make you sharper and faster. Because I am currently training in Bangkok, I bring the latest elite training methods directly to our sessions. I offer personalized feedback to help you improve your form and build the conditioning of a pro athlete."
