As someone who has pursued tutoring and teaching as a career for three years now, I have experienced teaching and learning styles of all kinds. I have a proven method for helping children. The secret is listening to them! By collaborating with both the child and the parent, I ensure that the child can overcome the challenges they may be facing. During a typical lesson, which can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, I work closely with your child to identify areas of difficulty and develop strategies to overcome them. This may include the use of worksheets, interactive videos, and other learning tools that are designed to enhance understanding and retention. As a tutor, I take pride in tailoring my lessons to meet the unique needs of each student. I have experience working with a variety of students with different learning styles. My greatest joy comes from witnessing a student's "aha" moment when they finally grasp a previously challenging concept. The ultimate goal is to help each child shine in their own way.
