Mansi is a little musketeer, with a robust routine of healing for everyone. I am a working professional so don't have much time in the morning slot. But she patiently and without any mess, happily incorporated Yoga in my evening routine. I have been suffering from constipation due to my lifestyle, but she gave me some smart and wonderful tips to get rid of it. And lo! I am already feeling relieved since the last 5 days. This is due to her push for consistency that I am feeling alive and rejuvenated. I will be mindful of my choices now. Thanks to her!

It has been an year since I began learning Yoga from Mansi. The best part of her teaching method is that she looks at my personal needs, strengths and weaknesses before designing a customised regime for me. She does not exert undue pressure on the body unlike some other yoga instructors which I got associated with earlier, rather let's it naturally and gradually gain strength and agility. Also, she has wonderful advice based on her personal experiences about food and lifestyle regimes. Hats off to you ! Keep going.

Mansi has the energy, the vibe to match with the fast paced as well as slow paced learners. I have been a slow learner especially with humanities subjects, probably because of the way in which it is taught at schools- by one-sided lectures and rattafication.
