About Ben

I have had experiences spanning engineering, the public sector, and academia. I currently work as a research assistant at King’s Business School alongside teaching.

As a teacher, I strive to teach as best as I can to ensure you get the best results you can (and maybe have some fun along the way!)

About the lesson

I am passionate about teaching and will tailor my sessions to ensure students of all backgrounds and abilities are able to make as much progress as possible.

- I have studied education at masters level at the University of Oxford.
- I have a bachelors degree in economics and management from King’s College London.
- I have over 5 years experience as a maths and economics tutor, at GCSE and A Level standard.
- I ensure my tutoring sessions are research-led, enabling all students to make maximum progress.
- I read the Economist weekly, and edit a student research journal at Oxford, so will be sure to use lots of real life context to make the sessions more interesting.
- Lessons typically last 1 or 2 hours.
