About Asha
I am a BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) graduate and Yoga & Naturopathy instructor. I conduct gentle and slow-flow yoga sessions that combine mindful movement, breathing practices, relaxation techniques and Yoga Nidra and also conduct yoga based upon your condition.

My sessions are designed to support overall physical and mental well-being, flexibility, relaxation, stress management and healthy lifestyle practices. I also offer therapeutic yoga-based sessions tailored to individual needs and specific health concerns, using appropriate yoga practices, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
My teaching style is gentle, structured and beginner-friendly, with emphasis on correct practice, mindful breathing and gradual progress.
Online sessions are available for individuals and small groups in English, Malayalam and Tamil.
