About Cassandra

I'm a passionate English tutor who has studied English and literature throughout all twelve years of school. My love for reading and writing has allowed me to develop strong skills in literary analysis, essay writing, grammar, and composition. In my senior year, I completed AP Literature and earned an A, further strengthening my ability to analyze texts and communicate ideas effectively.

I enjoy helping students discover that English can be both rewarding and enjoyable. Whether it's improving reading comprehension, strengthening writing skills, or building confidence in the classroom, I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment tailored to each student's needs.

My lessons are designed for students in 1st through 10th grade and cover a variety of subjects, including literature, grammar, reading comprehension, vocabulary, creative writing, and essay composition. I believe that every student is capable of success, and I am committed to helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to excel both inside and outside the classroom.

About the lesson

My approach as a tutor is centered on building confidence, encouraging creativity, and helping students develop strong communication skills. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to fit each student's needs, pace, and goals. Rather than focusing only on memorization, I emphasize understanding, critical thinking, and practical application of language skills.

- Writing exercises and structured feedback to improve grammar, composition, and creativity.
