About Adeniyi

I bring to each lesson my expertise of over 20 years and still counting, performing various genres, and almost a decade of teaching these subjects. I not only studied with some of the finest instructors in highly reputable schools in the United States up to my master’s degree, but I also worked with several directors and conductors while performing lead roles in operas, musical theaters, concerts, and recitals. I lead and direct worship music weekly, train worship leaders and choirs, and produce my musical theater and songs. I have a long history of solo performances at several social events and performing with bands and professional artists of different genres, including jazz, pop, gospel, African music, and more. I am presently in my doctoral studies: DMA in Vocal Performance, Pedagogy, and Church Music. Most recent awards and honors in my music career include first place in the National Association Teachers of Singing (NATS) TTBB of the greater Philadelphia chapter, 2021, among others. One of my interests as a playwright/composer is to infuse my African culture with my Western music training, and my yearly Christmas musical titled, “We Need a Savior” (A One-Man Musical) is a result of this effort. It premiered in December 2021, with two productions of it in 2022, in Massachusetts and New Jersey. My second musical “Renewal” (Addressing Conflicts in Marriage From the Perspective of the Gospel) will premiere in September 2023, at multiple locations and states in the US.

About the lesson

I teach singers from beginner to advance, piano from beginner to intermediate, and music theory from beginner to advanced.

My training is structured to meet your unique needs with trusted and tested techniques that help to develop versatility, agility, and flexibility, expand vocal range, restore a deteriorating voice, build musicianship, and much more.

I assure my students of result-oriented classes geared towards achieving their goals and much more in whatever style of music they desire. We’ll have fun and make quality music, and you’ll be glad you allowed me to work with you.
