I believe Mathematics is all about concepts. Sadly, the general tendency is to make students learn the formulae without explaining the concepts behind those formulae. I focus on building concepts which makes Mathematics interesting rather than a fear.
Every student is different and has her/his own pace to learn something, that is why I believe in one to one classes wherein I can focus on each child's strengths and weaknesses and move with her/his pace to get the desired results.
