About Satya
Hey future student!! I am Satya Prakash and I live in New Delhi (India). I am a fitness enthusiasts and have over 12+ experience in this field. I see people specially students, women and working men struggling for their physical and mental fitness and falling in trap of so called fitness industry. Using unnecessary equipments, doing same excercises without knowing their goals, taking stack that they don't need, spending tons of their hard earned money. This have motivated me to to help them achieve what they need right from their home so that they can enjoy a better fitter and happier life.
