About Marya
I am Marya, and I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Currently, I work in the leadership advisory space, where I assess psychometric data to support C-suite leadership progression and development. My work involves extensive reading, analysis, and report writing — areas I have always been naturally drawn to.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, going on long walks while listening to podcasts or audiobooks, and spending time at the gym.
