About Samantha
I'm a college student with ten years of experience writing stories, both in novel form and short story form, as well as advanced college-level essay writing and poetry. I have been published as a poet in Poetry Nation's anthology (2025) and won two awards as an FFA student in a county-wide writing contest (poetry and a historical fiction short story). I graduated from high school as valedictorian and often tutored other students in both general English classes and creative writing classes.

I teach with a personalized student-to-student approach (as I am a current undergraduate college student) and enjoy teaching through stories and games! (e.g., using stories and games to make the subject more fun and memorable) A lesson plan would be packed with both, but would also leave room for the learner to make suggestions and let me know what works best for them. I teach students from middle school to early college (first two years).
