A caring tutor who will go the extra mile in helping any student achieve the results that they want. Results-oriented tutor who will carefully craft personalized summary sheets catered to different students' learning needs. An avid problem solver, who is adept in Mathematics and Physics; will be happy to help someone discover their passion for mathematics and sciences.
My teaching pedagogy: For science subjects such as physics, I would first let the student understand the bare minimum content, and practice some examples to consolidate understanding. After which, I would do Ten-year-series topical practice and other past year school papers and revision packages/worksheets. The first few times they will make plenty of mistakes; I will then make them familiarize with the answer scheme and highlight the keywords. They will then redo the practices until their answer matches 80-90% of the answer scheme, by then they would have successfully acquired the necessary answering techniques in tackling exam questions. In summary, my method of teaching is to help students be familiar and proficient in tackling exam-type questions.
