About Shirley
I am an Accredited Practicing Dietitian since 2000. My experience spans from working in clinical dietetics in hospital and in private practice, professional clinical supervision, dietetics student and junior dietitian teaching and training, tutoring and nutrition project work. I have taught numerous university students during their clinical placement, observing and teaching counseling sessions, clinical documentation and case study review. Every person learns differently. Nutrition counseling skills help me to establish how I can tailor my teaching to you so you are supported and feel inspired during learning. My lessons are ideal for TAFE students, university level nutrition and dietetics students or high school students doing the nutrition component of PDHPE.
