About Deepthi
Namaste, I am Deeps. I have been a IT professional, filmmaker and entrepreneur.
Being a multipotentialite, I was always short on time for my personal life. With so much happening, I gained lot of weight, had PCOD, went through a breakdown and have become depressed too.
That's when the YOGA has entered my life and helped me to nourish the light inside me and it changed me for better in every realm.
I want to share this with others and help them to find their inner light.
Another greatest achievement Yoga helped me with is NATURAL HOME BIRTH. I have deliveredmt baby at home with no medical intervention.
I feel greatful for the universe and everyday I express my gratitude for blessing me with a beautiful life.
