About Adolfo
I’m a yoga teacher and fitness trainer. My journey with movement began several years ago and led me to study yoga in Rishikesh, India, and, more recently, Thai massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
While living in the Netherlands, I also taught yoga and fitness classes at a sports club in Oostzaan, working with people of different ages and levels. I enjoy teaching in a simple and approachable way, and I try to make my classes a space where you can move with enjoyment and feel more connected to your body :)

My classes combine yoga, movement and fitness through an integrated approach adapted to each person. We work on strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and body awareness, always respecting your own pace and goals. My training as a yoga teacher and Thai massage therapist also gives me a broader understanding of the body, movement and relaxation. Classes can be adapted both for those who are just starting out and for those looking to deepen their practice and improve their physical fitness.
