Hello!
I am a yoga teacher and passionate practitioner of self-discovery. For me, yoga is an inner exploration that connects body, mind, and spirit, starting with a deep dive into our own inner space.

I am here to support you at every step of this journey, helping you find balance and personal transformation.

I look forward to having you try my class and start practicing with me!

About the lesson

- Group Online Classes:
The classes are designed to help you develop a deeper awareness of your body and mind. The goal is to create an environment that supports the exploration of your inner journey while also providing moments of self-care and reflection. The practices integrate yoga and mindfulness, balancing physical and mental well-being.

- Personalized Classes:
For personalized classes, both online and in-person, we start with a 30-minute initial conversation to understand your goals and needs. Based on this conversation, I create a personalized plan that may include yoga, mindfulness, and other integrative practices.
From the moment of enrollment until the last scheduled class, you receive daily support to ensure you have all the assistance needed throughout your journey.
