About Khiroda
Hey my dear future students, I'm a yoga national player, I'm also a state level certifiedyl yoga referee. Accordingto me knowledge is something that is powerful and can'tbe stolen. It can only be shared and taught to others so that it replicates and more and more people can gain good knowledge. This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.
I will demonstrate and teach you the easiest ways and practices to master a yoga postures. You will enjoy and have a lots of fun learning with me. I have trained more than 50+ students till date.
Yoga is an ancient practice that involves physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing. A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, and well-being.
