My own yoga practice started in 2010 with the Iyengar style of yoga, developing into Vinyasa practice, and now the addition of Ashtanga :)
I recently became a 200 hour registered yoga teacher after studying in India, I'm now looking to share my practices with other students to help them develop a practice of their own

I base my classes on a fun and energetic approach. I love the playful side of yoga and encorporate this wherever possible, using balances and flows to challenge students both mentally and physically
