About Varsha
Namaste, I’m Varsha. I’m a certified yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner from India, now based in Australia. My journey began with a deep interest in understanding the connection between the mind and body, and how we can feel more balanced in everyday life.
Over time, I’ve come to understand how overwhelming life can feel, and how important it is to slow down and create space for yourself. Yoga and sound healing have been a big part of my own journey, helping me feel more calm, centered, and connected.
I now share these practices in a simple and approachable way. My intention is to create a safe and comfortable space where you can relax, feel at ease, and reconnect with yourself, no matter where you are starting from.

My sessions are designed to help you slow down, relax, and reconnect with yourself. I combine yoga, breathwork, and sound healing to support stress relief, better sleep, and emotional balance. Each session is personalised based on how you feel that day, so there is no pressure or expectation.
Having lived and worked in high pressure corporate environments, I understand how overwhelming life can get. My approach is gentle, grounding, and suitable for all levels, even if you are completely new.
You can expect a calm space where you can simply show up, unwind, and leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and balanced.
