About Jennifer

Practicing yoga for a few years, I finally decided to pass my diploma in order to share this passion. Graduated in 2017 as a teacher, after more than a month and a half of intense practice, giving 2 hours of lessons per day to more than 2 students during the training. This allowed me to be more confident and to be able to teach yoga in a methodical and traditional way. After my return to France, I was able to exercise in private lessons at home, but also to make replacements in sports halls, and my own courses. Allowing me to increase my experience and my sharing each time.

About the lesson

I discovered yoga through my travels around the world. Apart from the physical and sporting aspect that asanas offer, that is to say being both stable and comfortable, and which allow the body to change, both firm and flexible but also stronger, yoga brings other beneficial effects on our mental, our mood, our vitality and also our health. I was trained and graduated at 200 RYT, at Arhanta Yoga, an Ashram in India recognized by the Yoga Alliance, following the yogic tradition and studying Hatha Yoga in particular. Through my courses, I wish to share this knowledge and bring well-being and good humor! My lessons generally take place over 1 hour, ending with 10 to 15 minutes of relaxation. I also offer other course options ranging from 45 min to 1:30. I also exercise with people reduced mobility or the elderly, and finally pregnant women. We look forward to seeing you on the carpet!
